The food and the plan, handled together.
Aquivar Management Inc is a full-service catering and event planning company serving greater Los Angeles. We design the menu, cook it, staff the room, and run the timeline — so you get one team accountable for the whole evening instead of a folder full of vendors.

Planning & coordination
Menus built around your guests, not a printed package.
Every menu starts as a conversation: who is coming, what the venue can actually support, and what you want people to remember. From there we build it — plated dinners, generous buffets, family-style platters passed down the table, or chef-attended stations that give the room something to gather around.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests are planned for from the start, not improvised at the door. Cocktail hour gets the same attention: passed hors d'oeuvres, a bar program, and bartenders who keep the line moving.
Planning and coordination that ends the vendor group chat.
We source venues, negotiate and manage vendors, build the run-of-show hour by hour, and coordinate the day itself so you are a guest at your own event. Because we cater too, the kitchen and the timeline are written by the same people — the salads are not dressed while the toasts are running long.
Rentals are part of it: tables, linens, china, glassware, and place settings, counted, ordered, and returned. Servers, bartenders, and captains come from our own staffing roster.
How it works
Four steps from first call
to the last plate cleared.
A straightforward process, whether you are planning a 400-guest wedding or a Tuesday lunch for a dozen people.
Consultation
Tell us the date, the guest count, and where you are thinking of holding it. We talk through style of service, the venue's limitations, and what matters most to you, then follow up with a written quote.
Menu design
We draft a custom menu around the season, your budget, and your guest list — including every dietary need at the table. You edit it freely until it reads like your event.
Tasting
Sit down and taste the courses before you commit. We adjust seasoning, portions, and pairings on the spot, and lock the final menu, staffing plan, and rental counts.
Event day
Our team arrives early, sets the room, cooks and serves on the timeline we built, and breaks everything down. You get to spend the day with your guests.
A look at the work
Details we sweat, in no
particular order.
Service styles, table settings, and the small hospitality decisions that make a room feel considered.

Our approach
Hospitality is a series of
small decisions, made early.
Good catering is not only about the food. It is about whether the last table is served as warmly as the first.
Aquivar Management Inc was established in 2024 as a Los Angeles company built on a simple idea: the people cooking the food and the people running the timeline should be on the same team. That is why we do both. It removes the seam where most events go wrong — the handoff between the kitchen and the floor.
We plan generously and staff properly. We ask about the guest who cannot eat gluten and the grandmother who needs a seat near the door. We arrive early, label everything, and leave the venue the way we found it. From Downtown lofts to Valley backyards to venues across the greater Los Angeles area, the standard does not change with the address.

Tell us your date and
guest count to begin.
Those two details let us quote almost anything. Send them over with your venue and event type, and we will come back with a written proposal and a menu direction.
